Children at Work

After two years of designing and developing playgrounds and other hardscapes designs at Pro-Landscape Structure Sdn. Bhd.(http://www.si-comel.com), I noticed how the hardscape designs around us provoked and stimulated our outdoor experiences. It has, actually, given me a new perspective every time I passed a playground and see children at work. Hopefully, I have the tenacity to share my experience with the artificial and natural scapes in my surroundings.

Sometimes it makes me smile realizing thinking about this quote: 

We do not stop playing because we grow old,

we grow old because we stop playing!

*Apparently this quote has been attributed to Benjamin Franklin and George Bernard Shaw among many others and I haven't managed to find the exact source for its reference yet. Will keep the blog updated on once this is clarified.
